December, 2011: UNH Manchester's Milling Around and Mill's Tones raise $287 for the Salvation Army's Kids Cafe.

October, 2011: Milling Around raises $1,160 for New Hampshire Citizens for the Arts through Voices of the (603).

September, 2011: Milling Around holds fifth round of auditions. The following members are selected:Bekah Barlow , Katherine Childs , Sinehan Ercengiz , Nikki Gobbi , Bridget Houghton , Aaron Kinne , Jola Leary , Chantal Martin , Lizzie Mason , Briana Nelson , Daphne Nichols, Cynthia Siemens , Lauren Simmons

May, 2011: UNH Manchester's Milling Around sings National Anthem at Commencement. In front of over 3,000 people, Milling Around performed their arrangment of the Star Spangled Banner for the 2011 University of New Hampshire at Manchester Commencement.(press release)

May, 2011: UNH Manchester's Milling Around raises $265 with Classy Cats for the Family Education Collaborative to prevent bullying across the state of New Hampshire.

April, 2011: UNH Manchester's Milling Around raises over $181 for the Salem Animal Rescue League.

February, 2011: Milling Around holds fourth round of auditions. The following members are selected: Nate Biddle, Jinnea Hebert, Lauren Ilacqua, Rachel Ihde, Stephanie McQuaid, Ashley Potter, Dan Raineri, Megan Wolf.

December, 2010: UNH Manchester's Milling Around raises over $641 with Classy Cats for the PFFNH Fallen Firefighters’ Family Fund &
NH Police Association Charitable Causes.

October, 2010: Milling Around raises $1,480 for collegiate scholarships through Voices of the (603).

September, 2010: Milling Around holds third round of auditions. The following members are selected: Alice Antunes, Robin Berry , Caitlin Carrigan , Jessica Carrigg , Caitlyn Calley , Karla Chavez, Darah DalPra , Chantel Frenette , Jes Huges, Ruth Linehan , Allie McEvoy.

May, 2010: Milling Around performs for UNH Manchester's Dean as she is leaving to take a President's position in Arizona.

May, 2010: Milling Around raises over $155 for the YWCA of New Hampshire (ywcanh.org) at their annual Spring Show.

April, 2010: UNH Performing Groups, including Milling Around, win the President's Leadership Award for UNH Manchester. (press release)

February, 2010: Milling Around raises money for Haitian Benefit Concert sponsored by Concord High School.

February, 2010: Milling Around holds second round of auditions. The following members are selected: Andrea Berry, Brittany Edmunds, Danielle Johnson, Sarah Jo Merriman.

December, 2009: UNH Manchester's Milling Around raises over $500 with Classy Cats and Not Too Sharp for the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire. (press release)

September, 2009: Milling Around holds first ever auditions. The following members are selected: Brianna Brothers, Kelly Cook, Lauren Frament, JK Geisheimer, Amanda Landry, Liz Lannon-Goodwin, Fotini Palogaris, Dani Schmidt.

August, 2009: Milling Around is UNH Manchester's first a cappella group. This group is also the only collegiate a cappella group in Manchester, NH.

Auditions

So how do you become involved with this group? Well, first, you shouldn't be scared of auditioning. In the auditions for this group, we would be looking at commitment and singing ability.Look for posters and announcements!
